Sets and Specialties
Laying Set (5 hens)
$50.00
Mixed variety of 5 hens aged 4+ weeks. Hens will begin laying at about 6 weeks of age and will lay with or without a rooster. They usually take 2 weeks to adjust to a new space before they will lay eggs, so they will reach full maturity as they settle in to their new home. Most hens lay an egg every day, so you can expect about two dozen eggs per week!
Stock varies, please contact us!
Breeding Set (4 hens, 1 rooster)
$40.00
Mixed variety of 4 hens and 1 rooster, age 4+ weeks. Hens will begin laying eggs at about 6 weeks of age. Both sexes reach breeding maturity at 6 weeks. Hens usually take 2 weeks to adjust to a new space before they will lay eggs, so you will be producing fertilized eggs of your own in roughly 2 weeks time!

Celadon Pair (1 hen, 1 rooster)
1 hen and 1 rooster hatched from a Celadon (blue egg layer) batch. Celadon eggs are a beautiful blue color instead of the standard cream with brown speckles. These gorgeous eggs are produced when the rare Celadon gene is present in both the hen and rooster. A significant portion of eggs produced by this pair will also hatch into blue egg layers!
Please note that quail do best in groups of 4-5 hens and 1 rooster if not living in a community group.
